My passion Is to breath new life into fine wood crafted furniture. I’ve recently mastered chalk paint and wax techniques to help my pieces shine. It’s amazing how much I’ve learned from striping wood, dying leather, treating copper, and wood working to ensure my pieces get back to new condition. I genuinely enjoy what I do and can’t wait to see what else my son and I can create. I love to take something that had been unappreciated or abandoned and turn into into a masterpiece for everyone to see.
Our furniture is hand sanded and painted by Artist April Bailey. We use many mediums on the vintage furniture that I restore. Included in the process we will prime, chalk paint, sometimes use a waxed finish on the details of a piece.
April Bailey is eager to learn new techniques, find new modern uses for antique and vintage pieces. Helping bring to light pieces of our past for the new generations to enjoy and cherish.
