A bit about April…

April Bailey Artist Reborn Treasurz

My name is April Bailey. I am a hands on refurbishing artist of antique and vintage Furniture. Always breathing new life into fine wood crafted furniture. I have an attention for detail and fondness for mixed mediums. My goal is to showcase the love I have for art and vintage furniture. Taking something that once was beautiful and helping it to shine again in a brand new way.

My background is in acrylic mediums, stained glass, and custom jewelry. My passion is to breath new life into fine wood crafted furniture. I love to take something that had been unappreciated or abandoned. Then turn it into a masterpiece for everyone to see.

April Bailey is a hand refurbishes furniture.

I’m a single mother who enjoys getting my hands dirty and being creative. My son Lincoln is 11 and also shares my love of taking something old and giving it new life. We love redoing trunks together and thinking of new creative ways to make them into life long treasure chests. When we are not throwing the football, or playing Pokemon, we are antique treasure hunting.

My passion Is to breath new life it to fine wood crafted furniture. I’ve recently mastered chalk paint and wax techniques to help my pieces shine. It’s amazing how much I’ve learned from striping wood, dying leather, treating copper, and wood working to ensure my pieces get back to new condition. I genuinely enjoy what I do and can’t wait to see what else my son and I can create. I love to take something that had been unappreciated or abandoned and turn into into a masterpiece for everyone to see.

April Bailey is eager to learn new techniques, find new modern uses for antique and vintage pieces. Helping bring to light pieces of our past for the new generations to enjoy and cherish.

Mastery of design and hand craftsmanship should never be a lost trade.
